SUNRISE HILLS is divided into six zones:

IPE "Sun" in Gwari
HOSERE "Hill" in Fulani
LAZHI "Morning" in Nupe
KORAMA "Valley" in Hausa
MARNMA "Beautiful" in Igbo
and ASOKORO GARDENS

In addition to characteristic architecture and landscaping, each zone will function as an individual community featuring subsections that will create a lifestyle within the neighbourhood. These subsections or clusters include: VIP VILLAS, LUXURY VILLAS, RESIDENTAL APARTMENT BUILDINGS, MIXED-USE BUILDINGS, COMMERCIAL COMPLEXES and a RESORT HOTEL.
